All Account Managers must pass the Missouri Property & Casualty Insurance Producer Licensing Exam after being hired and onboarded.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree preferred.
Early career professionals and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
Insurance or surety experience is a plus.
Property & Casualty License is a plus (not required).
Fluent in conversational Spanish.

Responsibilities

Manage a high volume of inbound opportunities and follow-ups.
Build relationships with new and existing clients.
Guide clients through the bond application process.
Answer questions and provide outstanding customer support.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
Develop expertise in specialized surety bond products.
