The Account Manager will partner with the sales team to introduce and promote the Citizen Insurance product, identify leads, educate nursing home staff, plan and execute enrollment days, and build strong relationships with nursing home administrators and staff. Ongoing support, issue resolution, and performance reporting are key aspects of the role, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining accurate records. The position also involves handling customer inquiries, maintaining job knowledge, and supporting the company's compliance program.
