We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Account Manager specializing in dental implant workflows who excels not only in driving sales but also in supporting the complete patient journey. The ideal candidate has a forward-thinking digital mindset to have a deep understanding of our integrated digital workflows involved—from patient acceptance and data capturing, through surgical coordination, to the delivery of the final prosthetics. This position reports to the Area Sales Manager and will be responsible for servicing, maintaining and growing our existing customers, prospecting and introducing new customers to build our business and to meet or exceed sales objectives by developing profitable relationships with targeted hospitals, dental practices, dental laboratories and the dental community at large. This requires an ability to build relationships with customers, proactively identify the solutions they need, and think commercially. Within Straumann’s sales team, digital solutions are important tools to offer our customers a complete sales service. Our digital solutions can be found, among others, in hospitals, dental practices, private clinics and dental laboratories. In the Straumann Account Manager position, we focus on supporting our customers in their daily work as best we can.
