About The Position

Vistar Media is a global ad tech company and the world's largest digital out-of-home (DOOH) advertising marketplace. They offer technology designed to make buying and selling OOH media easier. Vistar Media was acquired by T-Mobile in January 2025 and is now part of T-Mobile Advertising Solutions. The company aims to combine DOOH expertise with T-Mobile’s customer insights and omnichannel capabilities to innovate at scale and impact the future of out-of-home media. This role is within the Client Success team, seeking experienced candidates to work with top-tier clients in a growing market. The ideal candidate will have experience building collaborative client relationships, understanding the digital advertising landscape, fluency in programmatic advertising and the RTB landscape, experience in fast-paced startup environments, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. The Account Manager will report to the Director of Client Success and collaborate with Sales, Supply, Analytics, and Product teams to ensure client success across managed and self-service advertising campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 years experience working in client success role within the media or advertising industry.
  • Experience with the programmatic ecosystem, RTB, DSPs, SSPs, DMPs.
  • Understanding of ad tech, media buying, planning, ad operations, trafficking, and analytics.
  • Proficiency working in ad platforms, ad verification, and with measurement partners such as DCM, Sizmek, Salesforce, IAS, DoubleVerify, MOAT, Nielsen, Millward Brown, ResearchNow, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Vistar’s demand clients across managed and self-service buys.
  • Understand the Vistar Media platform, its core product offerings, and the ability to communicate how it can meet client objectives.
  • Respond to RFPs and create comprehensive media plans for existing and potential clients.
  • Partner with Sales to manage client relationships and client satisfaction, including determining client goals, deliverables, asset management, and delivery to achieve campaign success.
  • Grow client platform usage and improve results through training and onboarding self-service clients.
  • Communicate directly with agencies, brands, DSPs, internal teams and external vendors as necessary.
  • Upsell and renew existing clients with innovative ideas that focus on retention and growing business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical issues and enhance product capabilities to improve and streamline user experience.
