We are looking for a competent Account Manager to undertake the surveillance of our premises and protection of our staff and visitors. You will be responsible for detecting any suspicious behavior and preventing vandalism, thefts or other criminal behavior. Officers are asked to protect our premises, assets and personnel. You will maintain a high visibility presence and prevent all illegal or inappropriate actions. The goal is to detect, deter, observe and report.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Level 3 Security License in the state of Texas.
  • Prior experience in law enforcement is required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in high-stress environments while demonstrating professionalism and sound judgment.
  • Must pass a Background Check and Drug Screen.
  • Must have own duty belt and firearm.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a visible and professional presence to deter illegal activities and ensure the safety of personnel, visitors, and property.
  • Supervise security personnel.
  • Coordinate with the site facility team on additional duties.
  • Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence.
  • Respond promptly and appropriately to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms.
  • Use excellent customer service and communication skills to deescalate tense or potentially violent situations.
  • Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services as needed.
  • Accurately document and report incidents, activities, and observations using company-approved forms and protocols. Escalate all incidents to area manager and client.
  • Inspect the premises for security risks, hazards, or violations and report findings to the appropriate personnel.
  • Comply with all state regulations, including maintaining current armed security licensure in Texas.
