About The Position

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing the business by securing and managing the clients' overall annual marketing plan, coordinating marketing efforts with clients' internal stakeholders, maintaining a database for all products and services, and inputting client orders with accuracy and timeliness. This role also involves acting as a project manager to ensure execution at the store level, providing local customer service, and generating reports including monthly reviews, meeting summaries, projections, store and client visit recaps, and monthly order updates. Additionally, the Account Manager will focus on growing client relationships by representing the suite of services to retail clients, building key relationships, coordinating regular meetings with all stakeholders, and conducting store rides with clients to relay learnings and ensure alignment. The goal is to grow the business while advancing the client's business plan.

Requirements

  • College degree preferred
  • Two years experience in account management, retail and/or sales desired
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail
  • Ability and desire to balance hands on order entry and database management
  • Project management skills with ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects
  • Ability to produce, create and place detailed orders
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to develop and give presentations
  • Knowledge of marketing and brand concepts, coordination, and implementation
  • Candidate must have valid driver's license
  • Able to commute within their metro area
  • Able to travel in the United States
