About The Position
Dematic is seeking a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team, focusing on the Amazon business. This role is pivotal in handling and growing our relationship with Amazon, ensuring the successful delivery of our solutions and driving business growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar sales role, preferably within the automation or logistics industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to establish relationships at all organizational levels
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or Engineering
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with Amazon's operations and the retrofit business model is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with Amazon partners, acting as the primary point of contact
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within Amazon's retrofit projects, striving to enhance sales and profitability
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of Dematic's solution proposals according to customer needs and objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic plans that align with Amazon's goals and Dematic's business objectives
- Address and resolve any issues or problems faced by Amazon to maintain trust and satisfaction
- Prepare regular reports on account status, progress, and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders
