About The Position

Traild is a dynamic, fast-growing SaaS company that streamlines, automates and protects Accounts Payable. Our specialised Accounts Payable software integrates with leading business ERP systems like SYSPRO, Acumatica, MYOB, and IFS to help clients make their AP process more streamlined, automated and secure. We have a rapidly growing client base, so you are about to board the rocket ship at the right time. This is an opportunity to make a real impact and with your help we can support more businesses digitise their existing operations with enhanced automation and security. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to help shape our Account Management function. This role will be instrumental in defining processes, building deep client relationships, and driving growth across our existing portfolio. Reporting to the VP Sales – Americas, you will manage and grow key client accounts across the US and Canada, with a special focus on the rollout and expansion of our newest product, TraildPay, and other upselling opportunities. Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or a Sales-related role.
  • Proven background in SaaS B2B companies.
  • Strong understanding of complex software products and integrations, with the ability to clearly communicate their value to customers.
  • Confident in presenting contractual, technical, and financial solutions to both client and internal executive stakeholders.
  • A track record of consistently exceeding sales or renewal targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly self-motivated with a proactive approach to client engagement and internal collaboration.
  • Strong collaborator who embraces growth, hands-on execution, adaptability, and the scale-up spirit.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in fintech, ERP, payments, accounting, or related sectors is a bonus

Responsibilities

  • Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize client value and revenue.
  • Build trusted relationships to drive renewals, satisfaction, and long-term retention.
  • Partner with sales, product, and support teams to deliver exceptional client experiences and support go-to-market strategies.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline and meet/exceed sales and retention goals.
  • Lead account strategies, ensuring seamless management across the customer lifecycle.
