Requirements

Degree in Chemistry or Biochemistry (Bachelor’s required, Master’s preferred)
Proven experience in account management within a technical or scientific environment
Strong commercial awareness and ability to position solutions in complex customer environments
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, both written and verbal
Ability to plan, prioritise and manage multiple opportunities and customer relationships

Nice To Haves

Experience working with pharmaceutical or agrochemical markets is advantageous

Responsibilities

Delivering financial targets across assigned accounts and segments within the region
Building and strengthening relationships with new and existing customers to support long-term growth
Identifying and developing new business opportunities, including project pipelines and displacement opportunities
Collaborating with internal teams such as R&D, Legal, Finance and Production to support commercial activity
Leading or supporting contract and supply agreement negotiations with key customers
Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and customer engagement
