Baesman Group, a nationally recognized provider of direct to consumer and in-store marketing strategy and execution, is seeking an experienced Print Account Manager that will be responsible for providing a positive client experience to businesses working with our company. This individual will ensure customer satisfaction by managing the accuracy of job orders, estimates, and proofs. Work with Production to relay job or schedule changes, and confirm every schedule is met. Work closely with Account Director to manage communication flow to client and Production. Provide all necessary support and client communication as directed by the Account Director for enterprise accounts. Generally acting as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC), responsible for annual revenue growth for assigned accounts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of account management
  • 3+ years of experience working in print, direct mail and/or signage.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with impeccable attention to detail.
  • Must be able to interact professionally and positively with all levels of employees and clients.
  • Must possess a high degree of energy, sense of urgency and customer service oriented as well as strong organizational skills.
  • Strong experience working with Microsoft products, such as excel, word and outlook.

Responsibilities

  • Enter all orders into Monarch with 99.5% accuracy while following the written process
  • Update changes to schedule or orders via the process provided by the Scheduler
  • Follow up on schedule and update client or Account Director and communicate to the client as directed by Account Director
  • Anticipate problems and communicate them to the Production and Account Director
  • Ensure accuracy of proofs before going to the client
  • Retrieve and communicate job status to the client as directed by Account Director
  • Write up estimates and deliver to the client when needed as directed by the Account Director
  • Immediately escalate any problems with orders, estimates, or clients to Account Director
  • Ensure all projects deliver on time and communicate delivery to client as directed by the Account Director
  • Retrieve final pricing or change in pricing from the Pricing Manager and review with Account Director prior to delivery
  • Maintain and grow SPOC accounts through regular outgoing communication and in-person visits to build relationships. Pull in Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) as needed to grow revenue. Maximize market share.
  • Provide pricing for SPOC clients maximizing profitability in consult with Pricing Manager or President of Sales
  • Create an invoice appropriately for change orders
  • Invoice responsibility for all accounts as needed
  • Conduct annual business reviews with each SPOC client
  • Provide guidance, creativity, and problem solving for clients relative to specifications of projects. Must be able to pull in SME’s as needed.
