About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Account Manager to join our HR consulting firm. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring the successful delivery of HR solutions, and providing strategic advice to improve client organizational performance. This role requires a combination of excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of HR practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Able to carry out business operations at a high business level in both Japanese and English
  • Experience in HR consulting, account management, or a related role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering successful projects.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to identify opportunities for business growth.

Nice To Haves

  • HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their HR needs and providing solutions.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to assess satisfaction levels and identify new opportunities for improvement or additional services.
  • Work with clients to assess their HR challenges and suggest practical, effective solutions.
  • Manage the recruitment process for clients, including job description creation, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from defining hiring requirements to onboarding new employees, ensuring clients' talent acquisition goals are met.
  • Proactively seek out new business opportunities by identifying potential clients, developing leads, and engaging in sales activities to grow the company's client base.
  • Develop tailored pitches, proposals, and presentations to win new business.
  • Conduct prospecting activities, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver services, manage resources, and monitor progress.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional HR consulting services to existing clients.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and work to address any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Work closely with other internal teams (HR consultants, recruiters, and support staff) to ensure the smooth delivery of services.
