About The Position

Quiet Village Landscaping provides comprehensive landscape design, construction, maintenance, irrigation, fertilization, gardening, and property-care services throughout the St. Louis area. Our clients rely on us not only for quality fieldwork, but also for clear communication and dependable coordination. We are seeking a remote professional who can help deliver that experience every day. The Remote Account Manager will serve as a key communication and coordination link between clients, service managers, project managers, and field teams. You will answer client questions, schedule services, communicate property needs, review estimate and invoice information, and ensure the appropriate team members have what they need to respond. This position combines customer service, account coordination, dispatching, scheduling, and administrative problem-solving. The right person will have excellent English, strong judgment, basic mathematical confidence, and the ability to stay calm and organized when priorities change.

Requirements

  • Excellent spoken and written English is required.
  • Previous experience in account management, customer service, dispatching, scheduling, property management, virtual assistance, or administrative coordination.
  • Professional and confident telephone presence.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle client concerns with patience, ownership, and good judgment.
  • Comfortable working with estimates, invoices, schedules, and basic calculations.
  • Ability to learn CRM, scheduling, estimating, invoicing, and field-service systems.
  • Strong follow-through and ability to manage multiple active requests.
  • Reliable computer, high-speed internet connection, headset, and quiet workspace.
  • Availability during U.S. Central Time business hours.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting a U.S.-based landscaping, construction, home-service, property-management, or field-service company is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to client calls, emails, questions, and service requests.
  • Maintain professional, helpful, and timely communication with assigned accounts.
  • Schedule recurring and one-time landscaping services.
  • Coordinate with service managers and project managers to deploy teams to client properties.
  • Enter and update appointments, notes, property information, and service requests in company systems.
  • Review estimates, work orders, pricing information, and invoices for basic accuracy.
  • Help resolve billing questions and communicate invoice concerns to the appropriate team member.
  • Follow up on open service issues and make sure clients receive updates.
  • Confirm schedules and communicate changes caused by weather, staffing, or operational needs.
  • Support dispatching and daily field-team coordination.
  • Learn the company's services well enough to route questions and requests correctly.
  • Identify potential sales or service opportunities and pass them to the appropriate person.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and protect confidential client information.
