Provide excellent customer service to the hospital, hospitals clients and our patients as the designated facility(s) Account Manager. This person will also be performing all servicing functions for the Client Portfolio. Including but not limited to: Processing Hospital Accounts into Bad Debt, Portfolio Reconciliation, Account Error Management, Escalation Protocol(s), and Support Follow Up. Possess strong analytical & critical thinking skills, experience in account monitoring/maintenance, and a deep understanding of business processes for Medfinancial and the unique aspects of each client under ownership. Showcase specialized & advanced knowledge in a specific client base and provides that expertise to others within the Medfinancial organization. Continue to develop skills through research, study, and experience.
