Requirements

  • Excellence in all forms of virtual communication with command of product and media presentations, especially via webinars, video conferencing, etc., using a variety of technologies
  • Strong business and sales acumen
  • Ability to accurately forecast revenue
  • Exceptional negotiating and closing skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Team player with a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude
  • Experience using Salesforce (SFDC) or a similar CRM platform
  • Minimum of 3+ years of sales experience
  • BA/BS in a business discipline or equivalent experience

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred industry experience in medical device

Responsibilities

  • Foster and establish strong customer relationships with our strategic accounts
  • Plan and execute sales strategies within assigned accounts, and grow revenue to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Responsible for setting and achieving revenue goals in line with a company growth plan
  • Set sales objectives and metrics, forecast revenue, manage pipeline, and track sales progress
  • Represent ResMed professionally as the subject matter expert on products and solutions
  • Negotiate pricing & rebate agreements
  • Actively monitor customer commitments and ensure accountability.
  • Enhance customer relationships through proactive virtual customer visits, product demonstrations, educational programs, product in-services, quarterly business reviews, and problem resolution.
