Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
  • Prior outside business to business sales experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a high consideration for detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a group environment.
  • Proficient computer skills working with various office equipment.

Nice To Haves

  • 4-year Bachelors Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers using a relationship-based consultive approach.
  • Demonstrates products and service to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting the best suited to their needs, and those that help to lower total cost to clean.
  • Plans and organizes personal sales strategy by maximizing the “Return on Time Investment” for the territory.
  • Develop clear and effective written presentations/proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
  • Attend and participate in monthly sales meetings, periodic seminars, trade shows, and conventions.
  • Effectively use CRM program to manage pipeline targets and document important sales opportunities.
