About The Position

We partner with brands in the natural/organic food and beverage industry to optimize their retail presence. This role involves representing a portfolio of brands, managing retail relationships, and ensuring products are merchandised to brand standards. The position requires regular store visits and maintaining high retail standards.

Requirements

Ability to drive or otherwise travel between multiple retail locations on a daily basis.
Capable of meeting the physical requirements of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation, including but not limited to walking and standing for up to 8 hours; frequent bending, squatting, reaching, twisting, pushing, and pulling; frequent lifting up to 25lbs and occasional lifting between 40 – 50lbs.
Ability to work in cold environments, such as refrigerated and freezer sections of retail stores, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

Represent a portfolio of up to 50 brands in the Organic/Natural Food and Beverage industry.
Work 22-25 hours per week, 3-4 days a week, with 8 store visits per week, working Monday through Friday starting between 5am-7am (days are flexible).
Build and maintain a consistent route of weekly store visits to Tom Thumb, Central Market, HEB, Natural Grocers, Whole Foods Market and Sprouts retailers in the following areas: Fort Worth, Cedar Hill, Grand Prairie, Arlington, Mansfield, and Parkway.
Grow brands in your portfolio and maintain the highest level of retail standards.
Build relationships with retail leaders to promote brands during weekly visits.
Maintain proper communication strategies with retail partners via email, call, text, or in-person conversations.
Report in real-time on brand updates via an application called Go Spot Check.
Ensure that products are merchandised to the brands standards.
Perform basic shelf maintenance: facing/fronting, tag compliance, and proper signage.
