About The Position

Dirty Hands partners with brands in the natural/organic food and beverage industry to optimize their retail presence. This position involves representing a portfolio of up to 50 brands, such as Olipop, Chocolove, and TruFru, within the Organic/Natural Food and Beverage industry. The role requires approximately 40 hours per week, including 10 weekly store visits, primarily at Whole Foods Market locations in Bowery, Williamsburg, and Union Square, though locations are subject to change. The Account Manager is responsible for growing the assigned brands and maintaining high retail standards.

Requirements

  • Capable of meeting the physical requirements of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation, including but not limited to walking and standing for up to 8 hours; frequent bending, squatting, reaching, twisting, pushing, and pulling; frequent lifting up to 25lbs and occasional lifting between 40 – 50lbs.
  • Ability to work in cold environments, such as refrigerated and freezer sections of retail stores, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Ability to drive or otherwise travel between multiple retail locations on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

  • Represent a portfolio of up to 50 brands in the Organic/Natural Food and Beverage industry, such as: Olipop, Chocolove and TruFru.
  • Work approximately 40 hours per week, making 10 store visits per week, Monday through Friday starting between 5am-7am (days are flexible).
  • Build and maintain a consistent route of weekly store visits at Whole Foods Market in Bowery, Williamsburg, and Union Square. Locations are subject to change based on business needs.
  • Grow brands in your portfolio and maintain the highest level of retail standards.
  • Build relationships with retail leaders to promote brands during weekly visits.
  • Maintain proper communication strategies with retail partners via email, call, text, or in-person conversations.
  • Report in real-time on brand updates via an application called Go Spot Check.
  • Ensure that products are merchandised to the brands standards.
  • Perform basic shelf maintenance: working backstock, facing/fronting, tag compliance, and proper signage.
