This role combines account management, project coordination, order processing, and client communication, serving as a key day-to-day contact between financial advisor clients and Steep’s internal teams. You’ll help guide clients through the practical steps of their marketing campaigns – from account setup to order submission, campaign coordination, follow-up, and first-line support – ensuring a seamless experience and timely communication throughout the client journey.
