About The Position

Steep Marketing is seeking a proactive and detail-driven Account Manager to join our growing Client Success / CSR team. This role combines account management, project coordination, order processing, and client communication, serving as a key day-to-day contact between financial advisor clients and Steep’s internal teams. You’ll help guide clients through the practical steps of their marketing campaigns – from account setup to order submission, campaign coordination, follow-up, and first-line support – ensuring a seamless experience and timely communication throughout the client journey. The ideal candidate is highly organized, confident in professional communication, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Requirements

  • Experience in account management, client success, customer support, or project coordination
  • Experience working directly with clients in a professional setting
  • Confident using CRM platforms and business tools
  • Exceptional communicators across phone, Zoom, and email
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple clients, priorities, and projects without letting details slip
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and calm under pressure in a fast-moving environment
  • A proactive, customer-first problem solver who anticipates needs and takes ownership of outcomes

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients throughout campaign onboarding, execution, and follow-up.
  • Process orders, coordinate internal teams, and manage campaign timelines to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Support client onboarding by handling account setup, collecting required materials, and maintaining accurate records in HubSpot, Trailmap, and internal systems.
  • Conduct territory checks, market research, and quality control reviews to help prevent conflicts and ensure campaign accuracy and compliance readiness.
  • Communicate campaign updates, next steps, and support needs to clients in a timely and professional manner.
  • Troubleshoot client questions and coordinate with appropriate team members to resolve issues and support campaign success.
  • Build strong client relationships by advocating for client needs while balancing company workflows, timelines, and best practices.
