About The Position

The Account Manager plays a critical role in driving customer growth and retention by serving as the primary steward of assigned customer accounts. This position is based onsite at our Sarasota office and requires close collaboration with Sales and Operations teams. As the role evolves, there may be an opportunity for a hybrid work arrangement in the future. The Account Manager is responsible for building strong customer relationships, understanding supply chain needs, and identifying opportunities to increase Revup Sales’ share of each customer’s business while ensuring consistent value delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, maintaining strong and professional relationships
  • Understand customer supply chain needs and maintain accurate account relevancy and profile documentation
  • Use account insights and supply chain knowledge to support proactive customer education opportunities
  • Maximize account return on investment by managing Quote-to-Order Ratio, Quote Status, and Market/Account Tagging
  • Solicit customer feedback to evaluate performance against vendor performance metrics
  • Use customer feedback to assess Revup Sales’ level of investment and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to gather and review feedback related to RMAs and incident occurrences
  • Support the launch of new products through proactive education and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager on sales initiatives and account growth strategies
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation to support reporting and decision-making
