We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments throughout the implementation and ongoing management of warranty and protection product programs. This role combines account management, project coordination, and customer relationship management to ensure successful program launches, exceptional client experiences, and continued growth of existing partnerships. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and analytical skills, experience in the warranty or service contract industry, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This individual will work closely with Sales, Operations, Product, Compliance, IT, Claims, and Finance teams to facilitate seamless onboarding, support revenue growth initiatives, and identify opportunities to expand product offerings within existing accounts.
