About The Position

Account Managers at IAT assist existing clients as well as prospecting for and bringing in new clients. In this position, team members will be required to communicate well in an industrial business-to-business setting to understand the client’s centrifugal fan needs and propose effective solutions. Success in this position requires resilience, perseverance and enthusiasm. Entry level candidates are welcome to apply as mentorship and training are available.

Requirements

  • Proven history of successful sales work
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office

Nice To Haves

  • Previous sales/customer service experience in an industrial environment is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist existing clients
  • Prospect for and bring in new clients

  • Proactively identify and engage with existing and potential clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, social media, and virtual meetings
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring elevated levels of satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and customer preferences
