Nuvia Contract Manufacturing is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Account Manager to join our growing Sales team. This is an on-site position based in Draper, Utah, where you'll serve as the primary liaison between our customers and internal teams, ensuring exceptional service and successful project execution. The Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships while coordinating with Sales, Operations, Quality, Production, Inventory, and Shipping teams to ensure customer expectations are met. Working closely with the VP of Sales, VP of Operations and VP of Business Development, this role supports business growth by managing customer accounts, identifying opportunities to strengthen partnerships, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. This is a highly collaborative, results-oriented position for someone who enjoys solving problems, communicating proactively, and taking ownership of customer success. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement are essential. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position may be eligible for discretionary performance-based bonus opportunities tied to the achievement of individual goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), and overall business performance. This is not a traditional administrative role.
