About The Position
This position is with Teresa Garten Insurance Agency, Inc., an independent contractor agent for State Farm. The Account Manager is vital to the agency's daily operations and customers' success. The role involves growing the agency through customer relations, acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments, and proactively marketing relevant products and services to improve customers' lives. The agency markets only State Farm insurance and financial service products.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use knowledge of insurance products to recommend, explain, and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
