About The Position

Join our team as an Account Manager and make a positive impact on the lives of veterans and their families. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, delivering sales presentations, building strong relationships with home care providers, achieving sales targets, developing contracts, and conducting rate analyses. We are looking for a motivated individual with a background in business-to-business sales in healthcare, home care, or senior living, who has a strong drive for building and maintaining relationships to drive results and enjoys working with business partners towards common goals.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls from potential providers seeking information about our home care partnerships.
• Prospect for new home care partners and maintain communication, follow-up tasks, and drive growth goals with current partners through outbound calls.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations to current and potential home care partners, highlighting the benefits of our services and addressing their needs.
• Establish strong relationships with home care providers, providing excellent customer service and support.
• Meet or exceed sales targets through effective prospecting, qualifying, and closing techniques.
• Meet or exceed contract targets by negotiating and renegotiating home care partnership agreements.
• Conduct Rate Analyses according to company standards to determine fair market home care rates for partners and clients.
