About The Position

Deliver Strategies (DELIVER) is a leading strategic communication and direct mail firm serving the progressive community. We partner with top Democratic candidates and allied organizations on campaigns nationwide, including Presidential, U.S. Senate, Gubernatorial, Congressional, municipal, issue advocacy, and initiative campaigns. Our focus is on helping clients achieve victory through creative, innovative, and forward-thinking campaign strategies and tactics. This role is part of the 2026 Cycle Q3 Cohort.

Requirements

• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple projects on a short timeline.
• Strong general writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively across different mediums and within a team setting.
• Strong proactive, problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and Google business products.
• Willingness to work campaign-style hours as necessary.

Nice To Haves

• Organizing or campaign experience, including work with unions and non-profit organizations.
• Fluency in spoken or written Spanish.
• Experience building relationships of trust with communities of color.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from start to finish, serving as the internal hub for assigned clients.
• Interface with political staff, graphic designers, operations, and the production team to ensure seamless project progression through review, creative, and production processes.
• Assist with writing for mail pieces, digital products, and proposals, including preparing copy submission forms.
• Conduct general research for planning, targeted research for specific programs, and photo/creative research for designs.
• Support the sign-on and sign-off process, including contracts and invoicing.
• Proofread initial and final mail pieces.
