This position is a member of the Nufactor® Specialty Pharmacy Team. The role of the Account Manager is to generate quality revenue in the form of qualified new patient starts. The Account Manager will promote and sell Nufactor Specialty Pharmacy service offerings to referring entities, primarily in the physician office setting, generating patient referrals for Nufactor product offerings, primarily immune globulin and infliximab therapies. This role involves conducting sales presentations and meetings in physician offices, developing and implementing territory strategies, and acting as a liaison between healthcare providers and Nufactor to improve patient safety and quality of care. The Account Manager will maintain an up-to-date territory workbook, manage internal and external communications effectively, and enhance existing business relationships while identifying new opportunities for Nufactor® or FFF Enterprises, Inc. Attendance at local, regional, and national events and tradeshows may be required, as well as collaboration with the FFF Representative in the territory. The role also includes gathering and disseminating new industry intelligence, continuously striving to improve processes and service quality, and adhering to all company policies, procedures, and federal and state regulations. The Account Manager must represent the Company professionally, understand and embody the Company's purpose and values, and demonstrate enthusiasm for learning and sharing knowledge. Effective collaboration with co-workers and customers, constructive problem-solving, and respectful interaction are essential. Compliance with the Injury and Illness Prevention Program and the Compliance Program Policies is mandatory.
