Own a portfolio of existing clients to drive renewals and organic expansion within a defined solution set, ensuring strong customer health and predictable revenue retention. Develop and manage all phases of the existing client lifecycle, including renewal execution, forecasting, risk identification, and close planning. Identify and drive organic upsell opportunities within current solutions (users, modules, and service extensions). Maintain accurate and up-to-date account plans, including key stakeholders, solution footprint, and expansion pipeline. Partner with Delivery and Pre-Sales teams to ensure strong customer adoption, satisfaction, and long-term value realization. Proactively surface risks related to renewals, delivery, or customer satisfaction and drive resolution across internal teams. Maintain disciplined pipeline management and forecast accuracy within CRM systems. Contribute to predictable revenue retention through strong execution and proactive account management.
