About The Position

We're hiring an Account Manager to own our key customer relationships at GigSmart. You'll partner with national brands and multi-location operators across hospitality, warehousing, logistics, and stadiums — the customers running shifts at real scale. You'll be their strategic point of contact, helping enterprise teams get more value from G-Force, G-Flex, and G-Board, and growing each account alongside their business.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of B2B account management experience
  • Track record of managing enterprise accounts with complex stakeholder maps
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment
  • Proficiency with HubSpot or comparable CRMs

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in staffing, workforce management, SaaS, or marketplace platforms
  • Familiarity with hospitality, logistics, warehousing, or large events

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of enterprise accounts and serve as their primary point of contact
  • Build account plans that map to each customer's goals, peak seasons, and expansion opportunities
  • Run monthly and/or quarterly business reviews with data-backed insights on usage, fill rates, and ROI
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the GigSmart product suite (G-Force, G-Flex, G-Board)
  • Forecast renewals and expansion accurately in HubSpot
  • Partner with marketing, support, and product to keep accounts running smoothly
  • Identify expansion opportunities — new locations, new shift types, new product lines
  • Spot churn risk early and pull in the right resources to fix it
