Role Summary The Account Manager (AM) is a field-based commercial leader responsible for driving demand, accelerating patient identification, and ensuring optimal treatment for patients eligible for Galafold® and Pombiliti Opfolda across Southern California. The Account Manager will have direct responsibility representing BioMarin products to medical professionals who specialize in the treatment of Fabry and Pompe disease This role operates at the forefront of BioMarin’s go-to-market strategy for rare diseases, serving as the primary point of engagement with healthcare providers (HCPs) and key accounts. The AM translates brand and franchise strategy into territory-level execution, delivering strong business performance while maintaining a deep commitment to patient impact. As part of the U.S. Enzyme Therapies (ET) commercial organization, the AM partners closely with Clinical Coordinators, Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Marketing to deliver an integrated customer experience and maximize outcomes across the treatment journey.
