About The Position

Account Manager – Power Sports Industry Work with Leading ATV, UTV & Snowmobile Brands Have you ever wanted to work directly with some of the top manufacturers in the Power Sports industry? If you're passionate about ATVs, UTVs, snowmobiles, or marine products—and want a role where you can make an impact—we’d love to talk to you. What You’ll Do In this role, you’ll be the key connection between our customers and our internal teams. You’ll help grow accounts, develop new business, and bring products from concept to reality.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles
  • Passion for the power sports or marine industry (this is huge for us)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Comfortable working with both customers and technical teams

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in manufacturing or sewn products
  • Background in supply chain, product development, or engineering collaboration

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts
  • Work with engineering and product development to bring ideas to life
  • Understand customer needs and recommend solutions
  • Prepare quotes, pricing, and program details
  • Support product launches and ongoing customer programs
  • Travel to meet customers and attend industry events (25–30%)
