The Account Manager (AM) must possess a high degree of knowledge of the Refining industry including control valve and process filtration application requirements such as valve selection, filter and filter housing sizing, specification, and selection criteria. An understanding of industrial fluid system and fluid conditioning applications related to the refinery sector such as alkylation, isomerization, catalytic cracking, hydrotreating, sweetening, treating and blending is preferred. The position requires ownership of assigned accounts primarily but not limited to those in the Refinery business sector and businesses directly related to the Refinery industry. The Account Manager must also effectively leverage both internal and external resources for product and customer service support, allowing the Account Manager to maximize time spent generating revenue-producing opportunities. This role is responsible for coordinating on-site management of point-of use locations requiring the unloading, stocking, and transfer of material to appropriate shelf, bin, or rack locations. All inventory list of materials, transfers, courier documentation, cycle count, and other operational data management is required.
