About The Position

The Account Manager will serve as the main point of contact for assigned commercial/fleet customers, identifying opportunities to grow revenue through tire and service sales. This role involves providing accurate quotes, proposals, and service recommendations, and collaborating with service teams to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and services. The Account Manager will also monitor account performance and customer satisfaction, resolve client concerns promptly and professionally, maintain accurate records in CRM, and provide sales reports to management. Staying informed about products, services, and industry trends is also a key aspect of the role.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service (industry experience preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to travel locally to customer locations
