About The Position

Oversee contractor relationships, ensuring compliance, quality, and clear communication on performance. Conduct site walkthroughs to verify standards, resolve issues, and champion excellence. Partner with Night Managers and the Director of Operations to execute and enhance service delivery. Track service activities, supplies, and client feedback in our advanced CRM and planning tools. Respond quickly to client concerns, troubleshooting and resolving issues with urgency. Monitor and manage staffing and resource needs to maintain outstanding service. Requirements

  • You have 3+ years’ experience in facility management, operations, or building services.
  • You’re detail-oriented, proactive, and confident in building relationships.
  • You communicate clearly—verbally and in writing—with clients and teams.
  • Expert in Microsoft Office and comfortable with database/CRM technology.
  • You hold a high school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • You have reliable transportation for on-site visits.
  • Candidate must reside in or near the Minneapolis Metropolitian Area
