About The Position

The Account Manager will be responsible for the profitable growth of the CE Services business within a specified territory. They are to work closely with the Regional Sales Manager and Sales Team to secure new service business. Other core focuses are centered around the development and execution of the service sales business plan, assisting in the development and marketing of new service offerings as needed, and educating internal and external Customers on the value of services. Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in business or related science.
  • Minimum of 5 years Business experience. Service sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, verbal, and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent formal presentation skills.
  • Self-starter that can work with minimal direction and has excellent territory planning and management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work and communicate effectively with others.
  • Ability to domestically travel up to 50% of the time to ensure success of sales.

  • Service sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Drives growth and profitability of the CE Services service business by leading sales efforts in analyzing, targeting, developing, negotiating, and closing new business at identified Customer accounts within designated territory. New business is to include cleanroom certification, equipment certification, environmental monitoring and other related controlled environment services. (30%)
  • Develops and maintain business relationships with key decision makers in Customer organizations for the purpose of developing mutually beneficial, long-term partnerships. (30%)
  • Manages a complex, consultative sales process, educates internal and external Customers on service offerings, and prioritizes tasks leading to the closing of new business. (15%)
  • Works closely with Service Management and Service Marketing to secure new Service business. (5%)
  • Demonstrates knowledge on Integra CE Services’ line of service offerings, and can articulate conceptual value propositions to Customers. (5%)
  • Maintains knowledge on the assigned strategic vertical market, competition, and the technology to ensure business development efforts and service offerings are aligned with Integra’s strategies. (10%)
  • Identifies new service offerings for present and prospective Customers, specifically focusing on strategic accounts. (5%)
