About The Position
Eastern Lift Truck Co. is seeking an Account Manager to support its Central PA territories. The company offers opportunities for growth, competitive compensation, and benefits for individuals seeking a career with a family-feel company. This is a true outside sales position, with four days physically out in the territory and one in-office day to build relationships at the branch. The role involves establishing new relationships and strengthening existing business to drive sales of maintenance and repair contracts for material handling equipment.
Requirements
- Outside Sales experience preferred
- High energy individual with a “hunter mentality”
- Results oriented, self-starter able to work independently
- Strong competitive drive
- Ability to build long lasting relationships
- Must possess unwavering customer service drive and focus
- Excellent communication, presentation, and follow-up skills
- Technologically fluent (Word and Excel skills)
Nice To Haves
- Industry experience preferred
- College Degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Grow aftermarket sales within your territory
- Contribute to the team effort by meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential customers
- Provide superior customer service
- Prepare daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly & annual territory analysis
