We are seeking an Account Manager to join our growing team in our small business division who can deliver exceptional customer service! Are you interested in helping a range of clients through issues that vary from relatively simple to moderately complex? We are looking for people who are passionate about building relationships with clients, will collaborate with the sales team to achieve goals, constantly seek improvement, and will demonstrate the value Gallagher can provide. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for your clients, helping them navigate their employee benefits programs. You’ll lead renewal processes, analyze proposals, and present solutions that meet their needs. Using tools like Excel and PowerPoint, you’ll create impactful deliverables efficiently. You’ll also identify opportunities to introduce additional Gallagher services. Whether it’s resolving client concerns or conducting presentations, your work will directly contribute to their success and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Health & Life licensing
  • The ability to explain complex issues in simple terms, whether in meetings, calls, or emails.
  • A knack for managing tasks and priorities effectively.
  • A commitment to ethical behavior and professional standard.
  • Bachelor's degree and 3 or more years client coordination and/or claims management experience, OR High School degree with 8 or more years client coordination and/or claims management experience.
  • License required.
  • Able and willing to travel approximately 25% of the time.

Responsibilities
