Our client, a Canadian Defense contractor, is expanding its business and seeking an experienced Account Manager/Inside Sales Representative with over 4 years of experience. Prior experience in defense, manufacturing, or complex B2B environments is preferred. This role involves managing purchase order changes, timelines, and customer communications, as well as owning the RFx process from tracking to response development. The Account Manager will coordinate with various internal teams including Costing, Engineering, Production, and Quality, and will also be responsible for tracking trade show leads and identifying opportunities for business expansion.
