Account Manager, Delaware/Maryland

AledadeAnnapolis, MD
$90,000 - $100,000Hybrid

About The Position

Healthcare is changing, and local medical practices are caught in the middle. They are trying to shift from a system that rewards the volume of procedures to one that rewards the quality of patient care—but navigating that shift is incredibly tough. That’s where you come in. As our Account Manager, you will be the ultimate strategic partner, business coach, and advocate for the medical practices in your portfolio. You are the day-to-day anchor of these relationships, responsible for diving into the data, identifying performance gaps, and working hand-in-hand with doctors and healthcare executives. By helping them master Value-Based Care (VBC) contracts, you directly drive financial success (shared savings) and, most importantly, measurably better health outcomes for the community. Note on Travel: To truly partner with these clinics, we anticipate about 40% travel across the year. This typically looks like 2–3 days a week of regional travel, though it fluctuates based on partner needs—some weeks will require more face time, while others will be lighter.
