Account Manager

Hays Electrical ServicesDallas, TX
Hybrid

About The Position

The Account Manager is a territory owner responsible for driving revenue growth, managing a portfolio of commercial and industrial electrical service accounts, and leading a team of five to ten service technicians across an assigned Texas market. This is a dual-role position requiring both a skilled salesperson and an operationally sharp service leader. Account Managers are responsible for new business development, customer retention, field operations, and territory profitability — from first contact through invoice collection. We are building out to twelve Account Managers across five Texas territories (three to four per territory minimum) with a goal to be fully staffed in all markets simultaneously. This is a ground-floor opportunity to own a territory and grow within a rapidly expanding electrical services organization.
