Account Manager, Internal Sales — Pharma & Medical Device Portfolios Reporting to Senior Manager The Account Manager is responsible for managing and retaining a portfolio of accounts across Wiley's Pharma and Medical Device portfolios, driving revenue growth through relationship building, strategic account planning, and consultative sales approaches. This role requires a deep understanding of customer needs within the U.S. healthcare advertising landscape, data-driven decision making, and the ability to identify cross-selling opportunities across journal and non-journal products — including Wiley's suite of health advertising solutions targeting healthcare professionals (HCPs).
