The Account Manager (AM) serves as the primary liaison between CII and its customers. This role encompasses maintaining positive client relationships through various communication channels, generating and delivering quotes and proposals, and negotiating and accepting contracts in compliance with QMS documentation. The AM is responsible for communicating client requirements and status updates internally and externally, participating in scheduling purchasing and production activities, and identifying new sales opportunities with existing clients. Key duties also include monitoring client satisfaction, mitigating project risks, prioritizing client projects, ensuring timely quote delivery, coordinating the quoting process, maintaining records, and reporting quarterly on sales activities and client information.
