The Account Manager (AM) is responsible for building, maintaining, and expanding strong relationships with C-suite level executives, student groups, and other influencers/decision-makers in strategically important large accounts within Colorado and Utah. These accounts include colleges, universities, technical or vocational schools, network partners, community-based organizations and coalitions, corporations, and Service sectors. The AM will position the NMDP Mission for optimal access and partnership within preferred donor segments, develop deep donor insights to drive growth and loyalty, and coordinate all activities within their territory to recruit potential donors to the registry.
