About The Position

Kurita America, part of the global Kurita Group, is a leading water solutions provider dedicated to conserving natural resources for a better, more sustainable world. We are seeking an Account Manager in the Water Treatment industry, based in or around the Dallas Area. This is a hands-on technical sales role where you will work directly with customers to evaluate the health of water systems. The position is home-office based and covers the Dallas/Fort Worth (North Texas) territory. Travel is expected to be 80-100% within the territory. The compensation includes a base salary of $80K-$90K plus an uncapped commission plan.

Requirements

  • Technical Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Professional history of meeting goals and overcoming obstacles
  • Self driven, with the ability to perform at a high level in an autonomous work environment
  • Prior experience that required excellent communication skills
  • Prior experience that required excellent organizational skills
  • Prior experience that demonstrates a strong work ethic
  • Must have a valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
  • No immigration sponsorship offered for this role
  • The qualified candidate will be subjected to pre-employment background check and drug screen

Nice To Haves

  • Prefer water treatment or industrial plant experience
  • Prefer working knowledge of boilers, cooling towers, and wastewater treatment systems
