About The Position

GardaWorld is seeking an Account Manager to join their Protective Services team. This role focuses on managing and optimizing service contracts for a diverse client portfolio, driving operational excellence, and ensuring exceptional client experiences. The Account Manager will act as a trusted business partner, playing a key role in operational performance, client retention, and service delivery improvement. The position requires leadership, a strategic mindset, and a customer-focused approach to contribute to the success of both clients and the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar account management, operations management, or client services role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving operational environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of client accounts, service contracts, and technical specifications.
  • Manage the operational and administrative aspects of client contracts, including cost control, overtime management, and accounts receivable follow-up.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve operational and contractual issues by implementing effective, strategic solutions that support business objectives.
  • Conduct regular client site visits and build strong, long-term professional relationships.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while serving as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Coach, support, and mentor Operations Coordinators, fostering collaboration and professional development within the team.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to forecast staffing needs and ensure appropriate workforce planning.
  • Promote GardaWorld's products and services by identifying opportunities to expand existing client relationships.
