With an emphasis on quality, reliability, and customer service, we aim to elevate their beverage programs to the next level. The Account Manager position assists the Channel Sales Manager with daily customer needs, as well as managing house accounts. The key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to: Manage a portfolio of accounts, serving as the primary point of contact Respond to inbound requests and ensure timely, high-quality customer support Identify opportunities to grow revenue through product recommendations and upselling Monitor customer activity to spot trends, risks, and retention opportunities Maintain accurate account data, activity, and pipeline in NetSuite CRM Support account planning, reporting, and sales strategy execution Coordinate with internal teams (operations, service, purchasing, finance) to resolve issues Assist with marketing outreach including product announcements and campaigns Contribute to improving account management processes and workflows
