About The Position

Amtech Elevator Company is searching for a highly motivated Account Manager responsible for territory sales, margin growth & customer satisfaction for all customers within the assigned geography. On a typical day you will: Manage a portfolio of elevator units through maintaining good working relationships with existing customers Serve as primary contact for timely resolution of customer needs surrounding inquiries Develop new customers via cold calling, networking, bids and tenders Develop your own sales strategy to achieve sales targets Use Otis’ sales tools to effectively track opportunities, pipeline, and forecast sales results Conduct sales negotiations and close deals Collaborate with fellow team members, including other sales representatives and field colleagues

Requirements

  • You have a business or technical degree or have completed training as a technician or technical business administrator, and 3 years of prior work experience
  • You have initial experience in the sale of technical service agreements requiring consultation.
  • You have a strong customer and service orientation, including excellent interpersonal skills
  • You are characterized by a high level of commitment and reliability.
  • You are target focused, with the ability to work at pace in a demanding, complex, corporate organization
  • The job duties for this role require work to be performed 100% in the office or on job sites. Remote work is not available.
