About The Position

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and expanding relationships with our clients. Your primary focus will be on ensuring client satisfaction, coordinating problem-solving efforts, and being a liaison between clients and our technical teams. This individual will also work closely with our Project Management team. They will serve as a point of contact for client stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of small- to medium-sized projects and engagements. The ideal candidate will possess the core competencies of a trusted advisor: strong business acumen, clear and empathetic communication, and an analytical mindset with a high attention to detail.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of demonstrated experience in account management, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Ability to build strong, trust-based relationships and provide a high level of client service.
  • Attention to detail: Essential for crafting and overseeing project timelines and budgets. Recognizes the value in developing and following systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication. Able to translate technical information into business-relevant language.
  • Critical thinker able to assess situations quickly and collaborate to find the best path forward.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is skilled at reprioritizing when project demands shift.
  • Supports a constructive and respectful environment, values collaboration, and demonstrates empathy in problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison for assigned clients, ensuring regular communication and a smooth client experience.
  • Gauge client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle and coordinate feedback collection.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client concerns promptly and efficiently.
  • Establish trust and rapport with clients through responsiveness, clear communication, and reliable execution.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, and resources; initiate change orders when necessary to avoid scope creep.
  • Work with technical leads to assess resource requirements and provide updates throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop strategies to mitigate risks and respond quickly when issues arise.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Provide project reporting on performance, milestones, and post-project analysis (profitability, estimates vs. actuals, etc.).
