They are chasing excellence. And right now, they have one seat open for the right Maintenance Account Manager. Here is what this role is really about: Owning a book of residential and commercial maintenance accounts. Selling and closing new maintenance contracts (spring/fall cleanups, lawn cutting, fertilization, edge and mulch). Managing enhancement work tied to your accounts. Being the bridge between clients and crews, and having the backs of both. Snow and ice is part of the deal. This is Massachusetts.
Requirements
- 5+ years in the green industry with real maintenance sales experience
- Ability to build trust quickly and follow through
- Ability to assess a site, determine its needs, and price it accurately
- Focus on making properties and relationships better
Responsibilities
- Owning a book of residential and commercial maintenance accounts
- Selling and closing new maintenance contracts (spring/fall cleanups, lawn cutting, fertilization, edge and mulch)
- Managing enhancement work tied to your accounts
- Being the bridge between clients and crews, and having the backs of both
- Handling snow and ice responsibilities
