About The Position
We are seeking a Roofing Sales / Account Manager to grow our business across the Boynton Beach to Vero Beach corridor. This role is focused on developing new business, managing client relationships, identifying roofing opportunities, and driving revenue growth. We are a growing business specializing in commercial & residential roofing solutions and related services. We are committed to delivering high-quality workmanship, dependable customer service and practical roofing solutions for commercial clients. Our team works collaboratively to support customers throughout the project lifecycle, from initial enquiry and quotation through to completion. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing commercial roofing accounts, generating new business and ensuring customers receive a professional and responsive service. You will work closely with clients, roofing contractors, surveyors, estimators and internal teams to understand requirements, prepare suitable proposals, and secure profitable projects.
Requirements
- Experience in roofing, construction, building services, property services, or a related industry preferred.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, business development, or outside sales
- Strong track record of developing new business and managing client relationships.
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Highly outgoing, personable, and comfortable building relationships with new clients.
- Self-motivated and able to independently manage a sales territory.
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Comfortable using CRM and sales software; experience with JobNimbus is a plus.
- Ability to understand roofing scopes, estimates, specifications, and installation requirements.
- Ability to read plans and interpret manufacturer specifications and installation details.

Responsibilities
- Develop new commercial and residential roofing accounts throughout the assigned territory.
- Prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, cold outreach, property managers, businesses, and existing relationships.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, property managers, building owners, and other decision-makers.
- Identify opportunities for repairs, maintenance, inspections, and full roof replacements.
- Respond promptly to inbound leads and client inquiries.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, inspections, and follow-ups.
- Prepare and present roofing proposals, quotes, and scopes of work.
- Follow up consistently on proposals and open opportunities to drive conversions.
- Manage the sales pipeline and keep opportunities updated in JobNimbus.
- Coordinate with estimators, service supervisors, technicians, and operations to ensure a smooth handoff after the sale.
- Identify aging or end-of-life roofs and introduce replacement opportunities.
- Generate repeat business and referrals from existing accounts.
- Maintain accurate client records, sales activity, opportunities, and follow-ups.
- Attend production and sales meetings as required.
- Provide regular updates on pipeline activity, sales opportunities, and revenue performance.
- Represent the company professionally and build a strong reputation within the territory.
