The company has achieved approximately $1M in revenue within four months, works with major customers like Nike, Disney, and IMG, and is supported by notable operators and investors. The team is currently very small and focused on building. The role involves hiring a Founding Account Manager / Founding CSM to establish the post-sales function from the ground up. This individual will be responsible for the entire customer experience post-deal closure, including onboarding, implementation, integrations, go-live, and continuous account management. This is a highly cross-functional position offering significant ownership in an early-stage environment.
